New redmi mi devise can't flash in fastboot mode so you want to put your devise in to qualcomm edl mode .You can't put your devise in to qualcomm edl mode by key combination .So i guiding simple steps to reboot your device to   qualcomm edl mode
1-
     Using fastboot comand
     download fastboot usb driver or install mi pc suit include driver

    download fastboot to edl tool from here

run edl bat file phone will automatically reboot to edl mode

2-
    Using edl cable

buy the cable .and turn off devise and press and hold switch of cable and connect to phone

phone automatically jamb to edl mode 

download qualcomm edl mode driver
